  • Please wear comfortable clothing for your session.

  • At our office, we ask everyone to take their shoes off at the door. Please wear socks or whatever would make you most comfortable when you take your shoes off at the door.(barefoot is also perfectly acceptable!)

    Before your visit,

  • Create your online account and complete and submit your intake forms for every person who will be getting adjusted 24 hours prior to your visit.

  • If you are applying for membership, be sure to complete and submit your membership agreement prior to your appointment.

  • We require full payment at the time of scheduling. Please note our payment and cancellation policy in your intake forms. With the exception of late cancellations, if we are unable to serve you, you will be fully refunded your payment amount.
